How to Heat Transfer Images onto the Sublimation Blank Cap? 1. Choose your print design from your computer. 2. Print the design on MR.R 105gsm Premium Sublimation heat transfer paper using an EPSON or Sawgrass sublimation ink printer. The suggested temperature and time is 410°F (210°C), 40 seconds. (Exact settings may vary based on the customer's heat press quality.) 3. Cut the sublimation paper and wrap it on the cap's white top, securing it with MR.R heat-resistant tape. 4. Use an MR.R cap heat press or combo heat press machine to transfer the image onto the cap. 5. Your personalized, vibrant-colored cap is now ready.
